Customer can easily pick the date and time thru our online booking system.
Typhoon 3 or above Red Rainstorm Signal or above Customer have the right to postpone or cancel the trip. Once the trip is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, customer will be fully refunded. Personal cancellation can only be postponed and no refund.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us 48 hours before departure. We will provide free rescheduling. For cancellations made before this deadline, the deposit will not be refunded to ensure the smooth operation of the fleet.
Rescheduling requests must also be submitted 48 hours prior to departure; requests submitted after this time will be considered cancellations. This policy ensures the rights of both parties and maintains service quality and punctuality.
